Is your jerky guaranteed?
Yes! Due to the fact that we are a USDA Inspected facility, many standards must be met to ensure that our product is safe and wholesome. Our state-of-the-art smokehouses record the internal temperature of the meat, making sure that critical control temperatures are reached prior to the drying cycle. Once the jerky is dried, water activity tests are performed to ensure that our product will be shelf-stable for 6 months to one year.
All products are guaranteed and include the production date above the barcode on each package.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders received before 1:00 pm MST will usually ship out the same day.
Orders received after 1:00 pm MST will ship out the following business day
How is my packaged going to be shipped?
Most packages are shipped via Mail, but for some very large orders we will ship via FedEx or UPS.
How can I track my package?
Please include a valid email address when placing your order and you will be notified when the order ships out, using this email address. If you have not received your package within 5 business days please contact us and we will track it for you.
Can you ship to APO/FPO address?
Yes. We gladly ship to our Military. Please include the address in the comments box when placing your order.
